Proof of qualifications can be supplied upon written request to Faberservices and take up to seven working days to be processed. Please be assured though that all our personnel are qualified to the highest standards and often above any minimum requirements.

OURCOSTS

Faberservices are 100% transparent when it comes to its costs and charges. There are no hidden extras, nor will you get any unexpected surprises when you pay your bill. All works carried out will be charged at the agreed hourly rate plus VAT and any materials used will also be in addition to labour and VAT costs.
Faberservices has an excellent relationship with all its suppliers, which means we benefit from company discounts which are always displayed clearly on our quotes and invoices. This means we aim to give our customers 100% cost satisfaction and clarity.

Faberservices charge by the hour and every 15 minutes there after, all work is timed so the quicker we finish the less you pay.

 

We strongly believe in this ethic and as such we are one of the market leaders in cost transparency. Many of our competitors charge by the hour, even if they go 1 minute into the next hour of agreed work you will pay for the whole hour. This is nothing short of profiteering and is unacceptable to us here at Faberservices.

We at Faberservices invest in our employees and participate in all training courses that are required in the industry that we operate in.
All of the work carried out on an installation is guaranteed by us, and come with manufacturers warrantees. All work carried out is inline with the current rules and regulations such as:

WHATTOEXPECT

You can expect the following from us

  • Charged for time spent on job and the number of hours/15 minutes worked. No more, no less
  • No extra charge to the customer for any more than 45 minutes when collecting materials.
  • All telephone calls associated with the job will not be charged to the customer.
  • No charge will be incurred for tea and lunch breaks.
  • All work that is estimated will be charged at our day rate (9 hrs).
  • We ensure that we work a full 10hr day when on day rate.
  • No unnecessary work will be carried out.
  • Additional work that may be needed to accommodate unforeseen issues will be agreed in full and priced accordingly. Small jobs taking less that 15 minutes will be provided as a good will gesture and at no further cost to the customer.
  • All products and materials used are from the market leaders and come with comprehensive warrantees. All workmanship is also guaranteed giving you the customer piece of mind and assurances on quality, service and value.
